I loved Phantom Hourglass. It didn't quite have the epic feeling of the console versions and I was also disappointed by the recycled music. But as a pick up and play handheld game it was fantastic. The new control interface and the ability to write notes was well used and quite innovative.
I was somewhat disappointed by NSMB. I think the old 2d classics were better games. I hated the save system, which I felt was inappropriate for a handheld game.
