3. On the information we have in Russia, Turkish ministry defence don't gets on contact regarding the matter, even on the emergency lines.

They apparently have two checkpoints before you enter Turkish airspace. They start warning as you approach 10km and scramble jets at 5km. They only fire once you enter their territory but they could have had approval well before then.
