Wow, that is some hardcore PS3 hate. Have they done anything like that on the 360?

So far I know they never said a bad worth about X360, most of the times their vids look to make publicity for the X360.

 I think you're right but the Angry Video Game Nerd has stated is support for Nintendo already so it makes Screw Attack against Sony only. They have been quite mean with the PS3 in the past such as the end of that video but also in a few other videos. I never really agreed with their top 10 but they are entertaining at least...
