Quite a good week overall, good for PS4 that keeps WW leadership and very good, naturally, for XBOne.
I can't say anything about Halo 5 launch SW numbers themselves, they're surely good, but the mix of positive and negative factors that may have influenced them prevent me from telling how good (we can see that Halo 3 had a far bigger first week attach rate on XB360, but on the same platform Halo 4 had a far lower one, so ignoring positive and negative factors we can observe that Halo 5 started far below the best selling game of the series, but with a far better attach rate than the previous main Halo title), but I can say that it did what many predicted to HW sales, XBOne first in USA and UK and second WW by a whisker. This tells us that XBOne hase some probabilities of winning BF week WW too: most likely it will in USA and UK, and BF is bigger there than elsewhere, so this goes to its advantage WW too, while stronger successive weeks in the rest of the world go in PS4 favour.
