That will take quite some time, especially for mainstream markets. My über rig can push the most demanding games at around 70 fps +, it would take years and years for mainstream units to gain the required hardware power to offer stable 60fps gaming.
Doubly so if and when resolutions and effects increase again.
A long way off, in other words.
