Also, assuming they go with the 2 different systems same games route, then nothings changed in terms of their output. Still two pieces of hardware, and still the same amount of games that they'd make overall, but each system gets all of them now. That's good for both Nintendo and the consumer.

 

 

As I said before it would be a terrible decision for Nintendo. They will only sell half of the systems from then because one is literally useless.

No company with some sort of economic sense would do that.
