The comments in this read were made 4 months ago - seems that the most popular responses of between 11-12 million units by the end of 2015 were on the money. Does anyone think anything over 12 million is still a possibility? Nintendo consoles do have a habit of selling well in the holiday period. |

Wii U on 31. September was at 10.7m, Wii U last 2 holiday quarters was sold around 2m, this holiday quarter even without strong title like previous holiday quarters I believe it will sell around 1.5m. So I will be very surprised if Wii U dont pass 12m at end of year because only needs to sell 1.3m in quarter in which Nintendo usually have better sales than in all previous quarters combine, and we already know that in last 2 quarters Wii U sold 1.12m.
Saying that, I think Wii U will be around 12.5m at end of year.
