I agree. Any blame has to fall on Nintendo.
But I also have to point out that 1 factor, a major factor is Nintenod's "fans" didn't help Nintendo with the truth.
Kinda like that old saying: With friends like you, I sure don't need enemies.
They are not true friends to Nintendo at all.
True friends don't lie to their friends.
