For your question, you can:
1. Ask
2. Check his/her profile
3. look at the comments in the thread
So you can't be a Nintendo fan, a Federer fan and a Jamaican at the same time, or is this a very poor and exagerated attempt at implying that it is near impossible to figure whether he/she is a Nintendo fan despite the availability of #1-3, with #3 literally given to you?
Regardless you say in your latest response it was a implied that a Nintendo fan (singular) wrote this complaint. Yet, in your first comment, you comment about Nintendo fans (plural) in a generalization rather than that specifically implied Nintendo fan. Its also clear you are generalizing instead of specifying because your first comment clearly expressesses your suprise at the op's title and what's written, and projecting that individual's thoughts to Nintendo fans in general. There is nothing you wrote, implied or otherwise, that implies otherwise. Which really doesn't make sense to write becasue many thus far, which clearly includes a established Nintendo fans, have disagreed with the op's viewpoint.

I have a life dude... not worth learning everybody's preference's before i state an opinion

Everyone has a life, but if you're gonna make cheap generalizations when the information is right there and then defend this by subsequently consume more time defending your generalization then it takes to look at the very next comment, or even see the op's sig, then you yourself are willingly wasting your life away making innacurate generalizations. Claiming you have a life doesn't make sense when your wasting it yourself
EDIT:
I noticed you edited this in to your comment: "Way too much analysis of a mere comment...I recommend getting some action...Plural"
This, of course, is the rational thing to do. When someone, points out what you are saying is wrong over general opinions in video games and groups, you decide to attempt to attack that person on a level which you know nothing about? Are you serious? This legitmately childish
