Well I think there are people that would like to play old games, but don't want to buy an old console and accessories to do it.
I know people who were PS3 fans and switched to Xbox One (yes, it does happen). They now have the ability to play notable 360 games without needing a 360. A friend of mine was saying she's interested in Fable but didn't have a 360. Well now she can play Fable II on her X1.
