Yeah, more than likely.  I was using it as one of many examples to show "rating =/= release", though.  

Perhaps the other ones were better examples, all being pre-existing games rated for new systems which they never released on, such as could be the case with Minecraft here.

(Except things are even weirder, since the game has been removed entirely.  While you could argue that's because the publisher don't want to spoil the surprise, I find it hard to believe that a ratings board would do something like that, suggesting that it's an error to me.  But I guess we'll see).
