Don't forget Star Fox Adventures didn't statr of as Star Fox Adventures. It was reskinned (i.e. a last minute brain fart idea) with a few touch ups. Metroid was a real risk as it had more depth, effort and polish to it and it paid off. |
Metroid is first 3D Metroid game, so it's naturally evolving of series not real risk, at least not greater risk than any other 3D Nintendo game.
