I don't agree at all. Gaming is an interactively audio visual medium, meaning anything learned this way is a spoiler. By watching and hearing gameplay, you are objectively spoiling both the visuals and the audio of that experience because you are experiencing it in the exact same way you would be if you were playing it, with only the interactive part not being 100% spoiled. Even then, most people are smart enough to comprehend how a game will feel just by watching footage, spoiling the integrative part of it as well.
