As I say about every game these days... "Yes, but is it GOOD?". I am old enough to have had fights on the playground over which console had more bits than the other one. This is just as silly, trust me.
As long as the game isn't dipping so low in frame rate that it's unplayable or affects gameplay, it doesn't matter. What matters is if the game is fun/good.
