Anyone else having XBOne BC issues?

Has anyone else had any issues?  I know there are people who don't care about backwards compatibility, so please don't respond with opinion in that regard, since that is not the question I'm asking.  I'm just asking for responses of successful or unsuccessful attempts.

The first thing is that you aren't installing the game from the disk you put into your xbox1, you put the disk in to confirm ownership of the game and then your system will download an xboxone compatible version of the title, maybe check to make sure you're connected to the internet when you try to play the games or do you happen to be using re releases of the games like greatest hits versions? I know DSIII has a bunch of different variations, as does Fable 2/3 GOTY versions etc, could be that the versions you have are not added to the list of BC games just yet, I'm sure if that is the case it'll come shortly.

Just to be sure, your disks are clean and non scratched right? like they work fine in a X360? the system needs to clearly be able to read the barcode like data on the innermost ring of the DVD
