What's the catch here (I don't know German)? On Amazon.fr, it is much more expensive:

Some of the catch is that they need to be upgraded from other versions of windows on the HDD they're being installed to, but you can get around that if it's even needed by going to the root of the drive you're going to install onto and putting a folder there called Windows.old doesn't matter that it's just an empty folder, it should just allow you install these upgrade editions no problemo.

That is if you even get that issue at all, completely depends on the version of Win7.
