And that's really cool. I didn't even know this game was going to have multiple endings until it was over, but I think it was done very well and adds to the replayability. 

I really want to play the others at some point, especially 4. Hopefully Nintendo localizes that game eventually. If not I'll have to homebrew a Wii or something. xD

I highly recommend the Fatal Frame games on Wii if you enjoyed the Wii U one. They're very similar in terms of core gameplay and style, just obviously with Wiimote controls and simpler visuals. 4 is actually the scariest of the bunch for me.

It's a damn shame Nintendo never brought 4 outside Japan or 2 to North America. Thankfully, both can be played with rather straightforward homebrew hacks.

Whole heartedly agree on this. Personally, 4 is the best one in the series, being the scariest and most disturbing of the 5 games. It is worth importing and hacking a Wii just to play it, because it is soo good. 2 however is not. Play the PS2 version if you're curious, but it's not very good, being possibly the weakest of the series.
