Quite frankly, data transfer speeds are faster on X1 and 360 games benefit from that on X1.
I assume games like Oblivion, Skyrim, New Vegas, and the Fable series can benefit from this. All of those games had long load times and performance issues that were reduced if playing on a HDD or USB stick.
On a side note, I've been playing Gears of War 3 on Xbox One and I am certain that game performs worse during scenes with a lot of action or using certain effects. The game is still more than playable though, but the dips can be a nuisance. So in many cases BC may see more frame dips, some will perform virtually the same, and some games like this will perform better.
