And, again, believe it or not, large breasts don't have to be fake to be large, or well supported, and in implying that anyone with a large bust that isn't drooping around their knees is fake or had surgery is just outright fucking disgusting of you.

But hey, let's pretend this:

Is somehow extreme and impossible in real life, right?

Or you know, we could be realistic and say "actually, it does happen, without surgery, and really not that big of a deal".

Again, engine limitations, the game contains NPC's of various AGES, thus adjustments in breast size make sense, the game does not however contain characters of carying size, this reduces the number of unique meshes needed for npc characters to very low numbers, and ensures that all armor, weapons and cutscenes play out correctly since there will be no clipping issues, introducing the ability to adjust weight means manually checking every possible combination of items and armor with every possible size.
