The larger end of the slider literally defies gravity. It looks like a blow up doll. It doesn't have to be tied to sexuality, but it very clearly was intended to be or else, again, they would have opted to have added at least a waist and weight slider as well to actually reflect most body types instead of just skinny with small tits, skinny with medium tits, skinny with large tits.
Now I'm no rocket surgeon, but I was under the distinct impression that breast sizes were comprized of two factors - cup size and a number indicating a band size around an individual's torso. I guess in the time before the invasion, that number system was scrapped because every woman on Earth evolved to have the same 29-32 strap size. Or maybe that strap number just never mattered and it was always only the letter that mattered. I mean, my totally-not-imaginary-for-the-purpose-of-this-example Japanese friend is a 40DD/AA, so I'm sure she felt right at home when she was offered a cup size slider for her statically 32 sized player character. Basically identical, right? Clearly the cup size is the most important factor in bust size, and the inclusion of the bust slider without any of the other factors that contribute to bust size and shape being accounted for in other sliders or at least template body types was totally nessecary.
I see your question and counter with this: What if you're a 10 year old boy then and you want to be at least a little like your real world self, i.e. not built like an olympic gold metalist? Or a 10 year old chubby girl with a flat chest? Or if you're any other age or gender and again, are not built like an underwear model? Why are there to sliding tools for everyone else? Why just 10 year old girls, skinny women, and skinny silicon-enhanced women, because again, no petite girl with naturally large breasts has boobs that look like that.
It's fuctionally an oggling tool. Does it mean that you personally will use it as one? Obviously not. That was never what I was saying. But let's not kid ourselves by trying to argue that the inclusion of a bust slider in this game was intented by the devs to be anything more than a way to oggle at boobs. You may see the slider as a saving grace for 12-year-old Sally, but the devs were not thinking about that - that much is clear by the way that whole system has been implemented.
Also, some people are into small boobs, too. Variety is the spice of life, my friend.
