Well, reviewers still need to inform day 1 buyers.  So this is probably the best option, informing early buyers and then updating the review after the bulk of free content is available to inform future buyers more accurately.

so wouldn't it be better for Reviewers to ask for a special version of the game with ALL the planned Free content that has to come to the game ? if a Developer can't give them that then shame on them, their game deserves a lower score :v
