Not exactly same thing because of art style. WW have simple textures and models in comparison with TP, and Nintendo just put higher res textures and models that are simple and putt better lightning. Same thing couldn't work on TP because of art style, literally they would need to remake whole graphic not simple remaster it.

Also art style is reason why today WW GC looks much better than TP GC.
