But I agree with what you've said, mostly. It's great for people to complain but when people aren't willing to help or to accept it then what can you do?
Positivity honestly isn't, or shouldn't, be that hard. I do feel your pain and it most definitely is toxic and, I fear, people either don't care enough or have given up caring. If you do that then there's nothing more to say because you have already lost. And it's something that users, writers and moderators alike have seen, been frustrated about and yet we're still in the same situation (if not worse).
Hopefully something will change, hopefully the people who are willing to help can (As is starting to be the case) and those numbers swell and we can continue to lead by example. Perhaps then things will change but, it's a slow Road.
