Toasty, just ignore them. BTW, you forgot Splinter Cell: Conviction, Halo Wars, and Too Human on the 360 side. I honestly don't understand why PS3 owners are so adamant that their 2008 lineup is much stronger than the 360s. I see MGS4, Resistance 2, and a bunch of question marks. The 360 also has a fair share of question marks surrounding its games but it's hard to argue that the 360's lineup isn't more diverse than the PS3s. It's kind of ironic how so many people called the 360 the FPSbox in 2007 and then praise the PS3 for doing the same thing in 2008 while the 360 only has one premiere shooter coming as an exclusive with a huge mix of other genres also flooding the system. Other than MGS4, I'm far more interested in the 360 lineup. It's diverse and from some pretty good developers (though a lot hangs on Banjo and Too Human not sucking). |
Both have strong lineups, but the general view of industry analysts seems to be that PS3 has higher number of potential system sellers vs 360. I'm not saying it does or it doesn't, but that's clearly the main thrust of the argument I've seen in a fair number of 2008 previews.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
