WW is a full on remake the's a difference, TPHD is an HD port or remaster.

No it's not. Windwaker HD uses the same engine and code as the original, and therefore is a remaster. A remake would be OoT or MM 3D, which both use a different engine and code from their respective original.  Windwaker HD also took only 6 months to develop.
