It certainly does look underwhelming...
I'll still end up getting it, as it is quite possibly my favorite Zelda game...
I want to hear about the new content...
Not that I'm expecting much...

No load screens, 1080p30fps and hero mode and maybe I'll bite.

It looked 1080p to me. No obvious aliasing or blur. It would be kind of pathetic if the game ran at 720p to be honest lol.

There only few Wii U games that are 1080p.

Twilight Princess is not a Wii U game. Both WWHD and Monster Hunter Tri (GC/Wii games) are 1080p 30+ fps.

WW HD has very simple graphic with simple textures and models and again had FPS drops below 30, TP graphics is more complex and demanding than WW graphics.

MH3U has higher polygon models and utilizes more complex effects than TP. Considering how low the polygon counts are and how minimal the textures (even if they are upgraded) are it shouldn't be an issue at all for the Wii U to run this game at 1080p with the fillrate and vram it has, just as it wasn't an issue for Monster Hunter 3U.  Twilight Princess isn't really all that more demanding than WW to be honest. Both games ran at a pretty much constant 30 fps on Gamecube.
