Rocketpig: GT3, Pokemon Yellow and NSMB never had "forced" bundles, only have 1 version and are in the top 20.

G3 sold many of its copies in the PS2 bundle when it released. It wasn't "forced", but it enjoyed many bundle sales.

I didn't realize that about Pokemon Yellow.

I wasn't counting NSMB, which is why I stopped at 20. Maybe I didn't make that clear.

From what I can see, Pokemon Yellow was available as a bundle with Game Boy Color (WTF?) in North America, but almost a year after GBC had launched, so it wasn't "forced."

A few bundles I'm not clear about, if anyone happens to know about them:

1. Was Donkey Kong bundled in with all 6M ColecoVision systems sold? If so, it gets pretty close to 9M units adding in the NES version, NES bundle with DK Jr. and GBA Famicom Mini version.

2. What's the story on Tetris and Super Mario Land? Both were bundled at some point, and I thought both were launch games, so how did that work? This won't affect the list, I'm just interested.

"[Our former customers] are unable to find software which they WANT to play."
"The way to solve this problem lies in how to communicate what kind of games [they CAN play]."

Satoru Iwata, Nintendo President. Only slightly paraphrased.
