Blizzard always takes it's time to make games, which is why it doesn't really have many. They focus on quality and making sure people play their games for year(s) without needing an expansion or sequel (except for wow). They simply wouldn't have the ability, or desire, to make games rapidly enough to drive a console with exclusives.
