Honestly this is your teammates' faults. When a teammate is super jumping to my position it makes a distinct sound and an obvious mark on the ground. It's very clear what's happening. Nobody has to tell me one of my teammates is jumping in. At that point I have two options: ignore it and press forward, or hang back to give them some coverage. Your teammates are doing the former and the ability to speak to them probably wouldn't change that.
But, there's nothing wrong with wanting voice chat, anyway.
