Yeah, they said the same thing when Witcher 3 came out. 2bad CPU to 30FPS and a good graphic. Then W3 get 1.10 patch, what improves FPS ( almost rock solid 30 FPS ) and graphics ( streaming of textures, lod, etc )
F4 needs a alot of work and optimisation.
