Not really. We have it at 4.4m last year. A slight increase should be expected.

From 11/1/14 to 1/3/15, X1 sold 4.4M units and had the second highest BF sales ever. Even with their deals and record-breaking sales, they still fell 500K short of what they would need to sell this year to hit 5M. To put that in perspective, X1 sales would have to quintuple over the past 2 months of the year (Keep in mind that sales already doubled from the beginning of October to the end of October, for the Halo release, making it more like 10X baseline increase). Also, leading into October, X1 was selling about 100K fewer units a month than the previous year. MS would effectively have to duplicate last year's sales and then sell 50%+ more than last BF, which would effectively be 50% greater sales than the BF record the Wii set in 2008. With all of those factors, I'm just not seeing it and think you're asking too much of them.
