Since I'm not mispelling, not using words in the wrong way, don't make grammatical errors, or at least don't make tragic ones, I'm puting paragraphs, lines, spaces and using punctuation, then I'm not in desperation for remedial English, is kind of insultive to propose me that, especially, when it comes from a non native english speaker, you must be too much self-confident do to that with heavy hand and the poise of an english teacher, do you consider yourself to be the ultimate enlgish speaker?
I don't need people's (more) approval, not that it would be bad to have it, but I won't fret if I don't reap the benefits of that, I want myself to feel good first and foremost...

My level isn't the best but implying that is so low for needing remedial english, it's somewhat misguided/unjust.
As someone else said, the problem is not my writing quality, but that I'm too meticulous and talking circuitously, instead of getting directly to core-subject... However, this is me!
Also, as I said, I recongnize that the op is inconherent and intricate but it's not in the slightest icomprehensible (well in my opinion, I might be defining the imcomprehensible differently than other people), words are right!
Writer must be making the op to have a good style, sometimes he can fail, I failed, I admitted many times, in that case the reader has an obligation too, to use his mind, he must work too... I say that with good-will and I'm taking the blame!
Yeah, psv has sold 446k in France by the end of 2014 and 600k as of June 2015 in spain, so it has truly sold more in spain than in france despite the market size difference, but that fact wasn't meaning that it was undertracked in other european countries... Vgc has it at 468k at france by that time interval, good tracking!

Now to the estimated 9.76m figure of shipments by the end of 2015! Sony had shipped 450k psp+psv in FY14 Q4, which implies that psv is at 10.2m and less by that time (that quarter was psp's end of life quarter, so we can pretty easily assume that the majority of the figure represents psv shipments,probably around 400k! Psv must be at 10.16m-10.2 by that time, not 10.5m as I had extrapolated on a previous thread based on the psp 82m...
Which is finally being proved to be really a rounded number as the source was pointing out, to wit 82m->82.3m.
Also another sources put its global sales from it's launch till January 2013 at 4m vs 4.4m of vgc!

Ioi had psv at 10.3m as of March 31th, while the shipments were at 10.16m (before adjusting up by 1.3m ->11.6m, from which, the most went in europe), ergo he was moderately overtracking it! Apparently, it's the surplus of 400k which comes from 2013.
The tracking was decent, the adjustment up ruined it though! Usually vgc errors aren't huge, and there are succesful/perfect or aprroximate numbers, but this kind of error can't be ignored! Mostly, the issue is the adjustment back in April...
In consequence, psv was likely at 9.9m units sold by March 31th with 300k units on the shelves, reasonable, for it's selling rate...

That's the topic, the last lines, the things upper, are from a previous thread about the 82m psp figure which seems, that the journalist elicited from the sony executive! In that thread, I was recounting the story of the huge adjustment up back in April and I didn't have the time to correct it !
I couldn't omit it in this thread, there is connenction between the new evidence and the old one, plus not all people remember that/when/why psv was adjusted hugely up back in April!
And we strain at a gnat and swallow the camel with my english skills, very few people minded that thing, stop the recyclying of that issue, my crucifcation so far is enough...
