Umm no I gave you a straight answer, most people don't consider handhelds when people talk about "consoles", especially journalists and alike. As Zoombael said, it's just you who doesn't understand. Most people can understand when he is talking about PlayStation in terms of sales, he's talking about just the PS4 and not Vita.
