Answear: you need to make a nintendo account (ei = cant log in via facebook or twitter for it).
however: we will be able to provide messages and various services, we introduce today directly to them (via facebook / twitter).

This sounds like ads to me (via facebook/twitter), targeted ones.
Maybe small game demos run through facebook? after level 1-2, it promts a "come play it on nintendo account thingy instead".
** english isnt my native tongue, and I might have mis read the intire thing, but thats how I understood it just reading through it quickly, once/twice.
