I'm pretty confident in the following:
NBA Jam/Jam TE/Hangtime - my favorite game, I've beaten many people in the arcade by over 100 points and have won dozens of straight free games when it was the most popular game.
Dr. Mario - I usually have to handicap myself quite severely to make it a competitive game. I can consistently win on the highest difficulty level as well.
Castlevania - I've beaten this game hundreds of times and without dying.
Mega Man 2 - beaten all bosses with the normal weapon only, the entire game with the normal weapon only (except where required to advance) and no items/energy tanks
Contra/Super C - I can beat them without dying
Super Tennis - I've never been defeated in this game (we used to play it a lot too)
Marble Madness (NES version) - never seen anyone who could match my scores
