Day One digital, because of pre-loading. We all know how horrendous it is installing Xbone games. I'm sure many people pre-loaded a week ahead to bypass this poor design. 😉 It's all part of M$es plan towards an all digital future, making disc installs unbearable. 😆

This. People forget that a lot of people buy games digitally this generation compare to any other gen. Preloading is really awesome. Besides, thats how much destiny sold first week as well and it did great. Another great system seller for xbox one.

I don't think this will be a significant factor, as 52% of ALL game purchases are digital and that 52% includes subscriptions, DLCs, mobile games, and social network games. Basically, that means the mobile gaming market is a signifcant portion of that 52%, and the console market is still catching up and takes up a signifcant portion of the remaining 48%. It would be very nice, however, to have companies reporting their digital sales.
