The ps3 is at 200€ with very difficult hardware that's hard to lower the price more, how is the ps4 not reaching that or even more by the time let's say when the PSX-5 (yeah that will be the name) releases?

Not only that, but the PS3's hardware costs won't be dropping nearly as fast as the PS4's anymore.  XDR and Cell hardware won't be continuously refined as much, given the shift to the more common architecture that the PS4 uses.  BoM costs should drop faster for longer, than the PS3's hardware did.
