I think the new outfit is better. Not because of her age, I've seen enough "weird" japanese stuff and don't care about it anymore. But the outfit itself looks better than a plain swimsuit.
BUT! WTF is wrong with her body? Her legs and her head are messed up! Change the outfit if you want, but morphing the character model like that? No thanks!
