Well, most "daring" predictions will cause these kind of things.

Total insanity, especially when you consider how many casuals owned the Wii. Mario Kart 8 was obviously going to have a higher attach rate than Mario Kart Wii. Once you figure that out then unless you thought Wii U would sell under 10 million lifetime, this was inevitable. Hindsight is a wonderful thing! |
Yeah. I'm guessing this is a franchise that will never stop moving such huge amount of copies.
