Thats good to know, by flaws i meant over elaborate/complicated or tedious mechanics ruins gameplay. Will pick it up soon,

You have to understand going into the Drakengard series (Nier is apart of it) that it's about the story, characters, dialogue, music, world setting, etc. It's not about combat or graphics and if you are extremely sensitive to that stuff you will walk out disappointed.
