I think it'll be more Street Pass. We haven't seen all of this game. My suspicion is the the social app is free, but the minigames are not. Again, think Rusty and Free-to-Start games like Mii Sports Plaza. It'll likely be like that. Only the games will be multiplayer and likely passive like the stucture of Words With Friends. Each game will probably be very cheap, and I wouldn't be suprised if you could get some for free via My Nintendo rewards. (feels so good to finally have a name for it)
