Splatoon has sold more than Mario Kart 8 WORLWIDE ( not Japan ) in the second quarter of sales.

That's why Splatoon won't beat MK8 LT sales. But is out of the question, Splatoon has better legs.

We Will probabily see ~6 million For Splatoon and ~8 million For Mario Kart 8.

Insane numbers for both.

 

And next gen, Splatoon is gonna become bigger than Halo. Just. WOW.

Hardly, NX will probably come out next year so I cant see Splatoon selling 3m more, but 4-5m definitely possible.
