There are some huge differences, Nintendo announced Zelda for Wii U basically on launch of Wii U, many people buying Nintendo console only for Zelda. Second, Zelda U will be launched next year (its was supposed to be launched this year and we saw gameplay that is running on Wii U), so game is almost finished and it will be released on both WiiU and NX, on other hand, Last Guardian for PS3 was basically stopped in middle of development and now it will arrive on PS4 next year in 3rd year of console life. Third, Nintendo isn't exactly Sony, they usually keep their promises especially when such a big projects are in question.

This is all over again TP situation, I don't see why people thinking otherwise when they dont have any reason for that.

You can't be so sure. Zelda still "TBD" in official FY2015 Q2 results.
