There's no doubt it's coming to Wii U, whether it comes to NX aswell is the only uncertainty, but I'm willing to bet it does.

Like all those "multiple" times they have showed Zelda HD?

Zelda for Wii U was only shown twice, once at E3 2014 and again in late 2014. That 2011 tech demo was nothing more than a tech demo.
