You're forgetting the PSVita sales in Georgia, Italy and Spain. It sells quite good there weekly,  especially in Georgia.

On a serious note: it's weird that UK+GER+FR are only around a quarter of the European PSV numbers in the weekly charts. Something doesn't add up.
