Square-Enix, Konami and Sony do it pretty often as well... Some people just have double standards. How is Mario 64 in unreal engine going to help the sales of Nintendo anyway? I'm against companies taking down reviews, discussions, analyses, top 10s, etc., but I could care less for illegal recreations and let's plays. I don't believe people should be able to profit from just playing a game. They can open a patreon account or take sponsor money for all I care, but they don't deserve ad-revenue from games they don't own the IP from.
