Good work.  I'm also expecting Nintendo to announce higher than expected earnings this quater due to a weaker yen which couldn't have been a part of their prior projections. I'm currently long of Nintendo stock and appreciate your hard work. I also feel that Nintnedo stock will be boosted by mobile games and mobile game announcements in the coming year. And let's face it they are at rock bottom in terms of console sales so the nx should help to improve the value of thier stock price.

Thoughts?

They did it in the FY15Q1 , analysts were surprised, so I don't see why they won't repeat it for the FY15Q2...

Oh weaker yen means higher earnings, I'm glad to learn that!:P

Nintendo stock currently is at a four or five year record high, it was at 12.57 before mobile games tease, after that it went up to 22s blazingly fast and stabilized at 19s, after it went up again to 22s due to the great FY14 earning releases since FY11, with full year profit, and after the surprisingly good FYQ15 financial results it reached 25s, then it had a steep drop after the announcement of the new CEO (I guess that wasn't received well lol) , falling to 19s but soon due to the news that shortly they will release their first mobile game, the stock price skyrocketed  and currently is at 24.77 with 28b Market cap...

Nintendo hasn't even released yet a mobile game and look what any news about them how they affect the stock price, I don't dare to imagine what it will happen to the stock when the first game arrives and succeeds...

FY15Q1 had splatoon a million seller, FY15Q2 had super mario maker,  a million seller again! Also,Nintendo in the past quarter resupplied retailers with  Amiibos.

Amiibos is a cash cow for Nintendo, so don't worry! ;)

Nintendo since march have gained much billion in Market cap... Nintendo stock is now consider as buy!

Don't care for sales so much but profits, Nintendo has proved that you can have a remarkable profit with mediocre sales!
