German charts is a mess. Just one example, Witcher 3 PS4 version had over 200.000 units sold through (physical and digital) until the end of june. And Germany is still very much physical games and not so much download.

Splatoon managed to get the 100K+ award until end of september, again including digital.

Minecraft PS4 looks heavily overtracked, just managed 100K+ in june, VGC has it at 157K.
PC sales are excluding digital most of the time though.
Some numbers look decent to good, others are probably really far of.
Don't remember Halo MCC getting the gold award and it's at 114K over here. Mario Kart 8 is at 349K over here and just got the platin award in may 2015.
