I agree with the annoying fetch quest at the end of Prime 1 and the whole cumbersome navigation of the light / dark world in Prime 2 (I never finished the game because of it).
Prime 3 is easier by default due to the improved controls... it's much easier to aim and strafe with the Wiimote & Nunchuk, one of the few "traditional" games on the console that gets motion controls right. The only thing I didn't like about the game was traveling back and forth between planets became kind of annoying after awhile, and towards the end the game decides it wants to try to be Halo with some scripted battle sequences that just fall flat IMHO.
