Sounds like an analysis or maybe a review of a specific portion of the game, but definitely not like a full review of the game. Or you can interprete it as a full review that weighs one portion very heavily, which in my opinion is a useless review. So yeah, no merit as a game review, but other merits may exist.
Of course I should watch the video myself to be sure, but I don't really want to. So I may be wrong and if I am, I apologize for my comment. Seems like a reasonable comment though.
